Boston, MA Avison Young brokered the sale of two adjoining office buildings totaling 34,300 s/f located at 33-41 West St. for $9.55 million. Avison Young principals Brandon Dickason and Jeff Gates represented the buyer, Embrace Boston. The seller was Kendall Capital.

Cambridge, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of eight units consisting of seven residential apartments and one commercial space. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller in the transaction. The asset sold for $4.92 million.

Newbury, MA JLL Capital Markets has completed the sale of Newbury Self Storage, a 686-unit self-storage facility. JLL’s Capital Markets Self Storage team represented the private seller, Stowaway Storage Newbury, LLC, and procured the buyer, Andover Properties.

Braintree MA Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC has negotiated the sale of 1599 Washington St., Suite 204 (aka 2d). The sale price for the property, a 1,758 s/f office condominium, was $285,000, or $162 per s/f.

Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of two transactions totaling $6.25 million. The sales include the following:  Bradley arranged the sale of Walnut Apartments, a 16 unit multi-family property. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and secured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1.9 million.

Wilmington, MA JLL Capital Markets has completed the sale of 800 Salem St., a newly-constructed, fully leased Class A industrial logistics facility totaling 237,880 s/f.

Cambridge, MA Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of 23-25 Hammond St., a 10-unit multifamily property. The asset sold for $6.55 million.
