Conrad Group subleases 5,837 s/f at 90 Libbey Pkwy. for Healthcare South
The Conrad Group recently negotiated the long term sublease of 5,837 s/f at 90 Libbey Pkwy. for Healthcare South. The medical suite was occupied by Healthcare South until recently.
The new occupant, South Shore Medical Center, plans to use the suite for its ever expanding practice. According to Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, " The timing was perfect for both parties. Each was able to satisfy their needs."
90 Libbey Pkwy. is an 80,000 s/f building and is home to other medical tenants such as South Shore Hospital, Brigham & Women's Hospital and South Shore Women's Health.
Conrad was assisted by Paul McCourt, senior vice president of The Conrad Group. South Shore Medical expects to occupy the space later this summer.
