Conroy of O,R&L Commercial completes 39,280 s/f industrial lease
New Britain, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has completed a 39,280 s/f industrial lease at 255 Myrtle St. Tim Conroy, a commercial and investment broker at O,R&L Commercial in Branford, represented the new tenant, Makino Inc. Makino Inc., headquartered in Mason, Ohio is the exclusive U.S. and Canada importer of the Excetek line of Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Wire and Sinker Machines, as well as exclusive U.S. distributor of Ocean EDM Drills. In addition, they offer an expanded range of “Beaumont” Fast Hole EDM Drill machines and “pECM” Electro Chemical Machines providing a complete portfolio of EDM/ECM machines.
Tim Conroy was brought in to represent Makino, Inc. and after an extensive real estate needs analysis, it was determined that the best course for Makino was to keep the business in the same town. Their new space will provide an extensive distribution channel of EDM machines and supplies to major U.S. manufacturers on the east coast. In addition, this larger space will allow Makino to more than double its workforce.
