Consigli hired for St. Anne's Hospital project
Consigli Construction Co., Inc. has been awarded the construction contract for the expansion of the Hudner Oncology Center at Saint Anne's Hospital, a member of Caritas Christi Health Care. The 750 s/f addition will be completed this summer in partnership with TRO Jung/Brannen, a Boston-based architecture firm.
After an extensive pre-construction phase, Consigli recently broke ground on the project, which features a linear accelerator, a high-tech machine that delivers a precision dose of radiation, with advanced image-guided radiation therapy capability. Consigli will oversee its installation and the construction of the accompanying concrete vault that will surround the machine, as well as the control room, a new ambulance entrance and tie-in of existing utilities.
