Conway Comm'l. brokers $2.175m sale of 14,000 s/f Jamie's Grille & Pub
Norwell-Conway Commercial, a division of Jack Conway & Company recently brokered the sale of Jamie's Grille & Pub to Blue Wave Group, Inc., which plans to open Hanabi Restaurant, a Japanese Steakhouse and Chinese eatery.
The new restaurant will feature tableside Tempenyaki cooking, a Sushi bar, an Asian fusion menu and live entertainment.
George Jamieson of Conway Commercial represented the seller, Superior Realty Trust and Jamie's Restaurant Group, Inc., and also procured the buyer.
Jamie's Grille & Pub was a successful operation for seven years and continues to operate very busy locations in Scituate, Braintree and Whitman, said Jamieson.
"A good opportunity was presented to the ownership and they took it," said Jamieson. "Now they can look for other locations that fit their family-friendly concept."
The property, which consists of a 14,000 s/f building on 2.1 acres of land sold for $2.175 million. Hanabi is expected to spend in excess of $500,000 in renovations.
