Conway Commercial Group sells 138,000 s/f brick industrial for $400,000
Coventry, RI Jim Conway of Conway Commercial Group represented the buyer, Response Technologies, LLC of 538 Main St. Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal, LLC represented the seller, Fiskeville Realty Company I, LLC. The sale price was $400,000.
The 2-story brick construction spans a total of 117,628 s/f in the main primary building with an additional 20,287 s/f in three out-buildings. The building is on 14.65 acres offering parking.
Response Technologies is a manufacturer of military grade fuel tanks. The building will be housing the entire Rhode Island manufacturing facility while also providing space for the company’s office and administrative needs. They will be taking occupancy immediately while commencing their custom build-out requirements.
