Conway's Schepis lists 8,160 s/f former auto dealership in Sharon

Christopher Schepis of Conway Commercial is representing DER Realty LLC in the sale or lease of its 8,160 s/f retail facility, a former auto dealership, at 1050 General Edwards Hwy. The property is located at the intersection of U.S. Rte. 1 and I-95. The building sits on 3.83 acres with two acres of well-lit paved area for parking or exterior display. Schepis, who recently joined the sales team at Conway Commercial, a division of Jack Conway, Realtor, knows this property particularly well - he built it. "I helped design and build this dealership when I was in the construction business," said the former president of Capital Contracting Co. in Mansfield.
