Fastenal leased 3,800 s/f of retail space in SCB Plaza, 199 Shunpike Rd. The firm will be relocating its Middletown location to the plaza with an opening planned for January 2012.
Fastenal has 2,500+ store locations. They offer immediate access to locally stocked products, including items that can be stocked for a specific business. They also offer on-site/on-call service from a Fastenal representative who lives in the community. Fastenal is all about using their global distribution strength to be the best local supplier in every market they serve.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
