Vinci and Riley of H. Pearce Company lease 3,800 s/f at SCB Plaza

Fastenal leased 3,800 s/f of retail space in SCB Plaza, 199 Shunpike Rd. The firm will be relocating its Middletown location to the plaza with an opening planned for January 2012. Fastenal has 2,500+ store locations. They offer immediate access to locally stocked products, including items that can be stocked for a specific business. They also offer on-site/on-call service from a Fastenal representative who lives in the community. Fastenal is all about using their global distribution strength to be the best local supplier in every market they serve. Virginia Vinci and Neil Riley of H. Pearce Commercial are the listing agents for SCB Plaza and Jeff Del Favero of Prudential Connecticut Realty represented Fastenal.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
