Coote of Wm. M. Hotchkiss Co. named to Power 25 Real Estate

New Haven, CT Richard Coote, president of the Wm. M. Hotchkiss Co., has been recognized as a member of NewHavenBIZ.com’s Power 25 Real Estate - 2022.This list puts the spotlight on real estate agents and developers transforming and making an impact in the Greater New Haven region.

Coote represented the seller of the former Quinnipiack Club on 221 Church St. which sold for $4.1 million to pharmaceutical company Biohaven.
