Providence, RI According to Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP (PSH), Lauren Coppola and John Ottaviani have been elected partners of the firm. “Lauren and John are both outstanding attorneys and are recognized as experts in their respective fields of law, Lauren in complex commercial litigation and John in intellectual property and commercial licensing matters,” said David Gilden, managing partner.
Coppola concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, telecommunications law, construction disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and partnership disputes, and general contract dispute cases.
Ottaviani, chair of their intellectual property & technology group, concentrates his practice in protecting and enforcing trademarks and copyrights, and in preparing and negotiating intellectual property licensing agreements.
