CoreNet Global New England chapter 2012 Awards of Excellence

CoreNet Global New England chapter has named the winners of their 2012 Awards of Excellence. The Real Estate Executive Leadership Awards recognize the global and regional real estate professional(s) whose accomplishments and thought leadership in the corporate real estate industry and charitable/civic realms as well as their service to the profession distinguish them from their peers. Global Real Estate Executive Leadership Award: Doug Noonan, vice president and head of group corporate real estate, Adidas Group. Regional Real Estate Executive Leadership Award: Steven Doben, director of real estate portfolio Management, Fresenius Medical Care North America. The Real Estate Service Provider Leadership Awards recognize individuals whose performance delivers exceptional value to his/her clients on a consistent basis and whose method of engagement with clients, competitors and vendors is respectful and professional in all regards. These awards recognize innovative service ideas and actions that transcend the expected. Eligible professionals provide service in the fields of design, engineering, construction, real estate advisory services, legal services, and project management. Corporate Real Estate Service Provider Leadership Award: Karen Ellzey, executive managing director of consulting for Global Corporate Services, CBRE. Regional Real Estate Service Provider Leadership Award: Lee Burneson, principal, Northstar Project & Real Estate Services. Best New Workplace is given to a project that demonstrates innovation in design, use of real estate, functionality, and/or technology that has supported the organization's mission and contributed to its successful positioning in its market.
