Cornerstone Property Management moves to new 2,000 s/f location

Cornerstone Property Management celebrated its one month anniversary in its new home. The company moved on Brook Ave. in the South End to its new location at 1502 Purchase St. Owner John Egan said the 2,000 s/f leased office is twice the size of the company's former offices. Cornerstone manages commercial buildings and hundreds of apartments. Egan said the new location in downtown is easier to reach. The new location also provides a storage space and loading dock. Egan has also set aside an area to house the Greater New Bedford Landlord Association, of which he is president. "It's just a good move to be able to better service the landlord and the tenants," Egan said. "It's more convenient for everybody involved, including me." Egan had been at his former location since 1986 but he said he's not upset about leaving.
