Cortese of Geenty Group leases 1,250 s/f at 73 Defco Park Rd.
According to Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, Steve Cortese has leased one of two spaces listed by him at 73 Defco Park Rd. The unit leased (#1b) contains 1,250 s/f of fully air conditioned flex space. Cortese of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented both the landlord, Mad Matt Properties, LLC, and the tenant in the transaction.
