Cotter of Powers & Company leases 2,975 s/f at President Plaza
Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company has leased the remaining 2,975 s/f at President Plaza to Hancock Liquors. Powers & Company represented the landlord and handled the leases for Q Dental Spa in 2,507 s/f, Taiyou Shabu Restaurant in 2,973 s/f and Hancock Liquors in 2,975 s/f to bring the center to 100% leased. All the new retailers, restaurants and services are now open for business.
Hancock Liquors offers a full array of beer, wine, and liquor.
President Plaza is 132,000 s/f community center anchored by Kam Man Marketplace, an 80,000 s/f Asian grocery. Other tenants include Radio Shack, Dollar Tree and Sally's Beauty Supply.
