The property is .8 miles northwest of the Braintree Station with access to the MBTA Red Line service to Boston. Weston Crossing is accessible via Washington St. and Union St. from Rte. 3.

The Fantini & Gorga team was led by Derek Coulombe, managing director, and Despina Hatzipetrou, senior analyst, who together arranged the financing with Ohio National Financial Services, one of the firm’s exclusive correspondent life insurance companies.

Weston Crossing is comprised of six, 2-story buildings and includes a total of 30 residential units. The unit mix consists of 29 two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit. The buildings are well maintained and the units feature hardwood floors throughout with tile floor in the kitchens and bath.

“The sound fundamentals of this asset, including an attractive location and historically strong occupancy, attracted several lenders to this financing opportunity,” said Coulombe. “At the end, we were pleased to deliver a long-term self-amortizing 20-year fixed rate financing consistent with our client’s objective.”
