Cox joins CATIC’s Mass. office as title counsel
Waltham, MA Nicole Cox, Esq. has joined CATIC’s Massachusetts underwriting department as title counsel. Cox has been in private practice in the real estate industry for over 20 years, and brings her extensive knowledge and experience in probate, residential and complex commercial real estate transactions to the CATIC team.
Prior to joining CATIC, Cox was the principal of The Law Offices of Nicole A. Cox, P.C., and a partner and of counsel to other well-established real estate law firms. Cox is a graduate of Emmanuel College and Suffolk University Law School and a member of the Massachusetts bar and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts (REBA).
Jim Bilodeau, vice president and Massachusetts state manager, said, “We are excited that Nicole is joining the CATIC team. Her experience and can-do attitude will enhance the services that we provide to our agents and other industry partners.”
CATIC is currently licensed in Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The company is an underwriting member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the North American Bar-Related Title Insurers. Its sister company, CATIC Title Insurance Company, is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
