Coyle and Godino of Godino & Co. broker 2,000 s/f lease
Godino & Company has leased 2,000 s/f of office space to Matthews Sales Corp. at 100 Crescent Rd. The landlord was represented by Tim Coyle and Tom Godino of Godino & Co., which also procured the tenant. The 18,750 s/f, two-story office building, which is located in Needham Heights, is now 100% leased. Other tenants include DM Berg Consultants and PlatformQ.
