Godino & Co. has leased office space to CitySprouts at 678 Mass Ave. The landlord was represented by Tim Coyle and Tom Godino of Godino & Co., which also procured the tenant. The 41,000-s/f, ten-story office building, which is located in Central Sq., is now 100% leased.
Other tenants include H & R Block, HomeStart, and LaFreniere Architects.
