CPManagement awarded Pine Meadows Condominium Association management contract

Exeter, NH  Lynn McLaren, president of Pine Meadows Condominium Association has awarded the association management to CPManagement.

McLaren indicated the search to locate a suitable management partner was an exhaustive one, and after significant review of three other firms, the search committee felt confident in selecting the team approach of CPManagement.  Fiscal transparency was a key motivating factor for our association said McLaren, and meeting with the senior team at CP, we quickly learned of their web enabled client interface and became comfortable with the direction we were headed.

Denise Bernard, property manager was selected to work with the association. She plans to convert the 40 year formerly self-managed association into the age of technology and competitive bid process, said McLaren.

Another member of the association’s search committee, Karen Dudra said “CPManagement was thorough through our due diligence process and took the time to answer our resident’s questions thoroughly and thoughtfully.  Overcoming the reality that many within the association were content with the status quo, it was not an easy road to tow, but the senior team pulled it off.”

The Pine Meadows Condominium Association is townhouse style attached condominiums of 42 homes and includes an inground swimming pool. Its location off Exeter Rd. provides a blend of rural and city life with access to all of the  amenities the local downtown area has to offer.
