July 07, 2017 - Front Section

Exeter, NH According to James Horne, president of CPManagement, Jenny Wiseman has joined the staff as a property manager.

Wiseman previously managed several high-end custom residential developments throughout the growing urban redevelopment of historic downtown Portsmouth. Having had responsibility for one of the longest redevelopment projects, the Parkside (formerly the Rosa Restaurant parking lot) began receiving certificates of occupancy earlier this year as one of the last sites this side of Kittery, ME.

Other projects in her portfolio included the redevelopment of many other landmark sites, including the former Eagle Photo Building, where Wiseman served as construction manager. She also worked on the design of a multi-million dollar residential condominium at 117 Bow St., as general contractor.

In Wiseman’s new role, she will manage a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties for the firm, from Concord to Dover and Nashua to Newmarket.

Horne said, “We are fortunate to have such diverse expertise in our employ, and we are sure she will be a dynamic addition to our team.”

Associated with many key developers and architects in her previous roles; each redevelopment contributed greatly to the city’s renowned international fame where Portsmouth has such accolades as: “Ten Reasons to Drive to Portsmouth” in Zagat and “Is Portsmouth the USA’s Greatest Small Town?” courtesy of National Geographic, among many others.

Servicing its dynamic list of real estate investors, CPManagement provides unparalleled property management, maintenance and facility management services with an incomparable staff and menu of accounting, lease administration and rental services.
