Crawford of HLC Realty brokers $6.855 million sale of medical building
2560 Dixwell Medical LLC has purchased a 31,000 s/f medical building for $6.855 million. The seller was Hamden Professional Center LLC.
The building which was completed in 2008 is home to Yale New Haven Hospital Radiology/Blood Lab and Dental as well as other Connecticut medical practices.
Harden Crawford IV, principal of HLC Realty, LLC, acted as the sole broker for the transaction. HLC Realty, LLC is a boutique real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, management and brokerage of healthcare and multifamily properties.
