Crecelius of Paramount Properties leases 10,000 s/f warehouse to Daskol Label

Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties has leased 10,000 s/f of warehouse space to Dasko Label at 66 Commercial Way. Crecelius represented the tenant and negotiated with the landlord, Coast Realty to finalize the lease transaction. 66 Commercial Way is a 40,000 s/f multi-tenant warehouse facility located between Taunton Ave. and Waterman Ave. And in a separate transaction, Daniel Cregan of Paramount Props. and Crecelius of have leased 4,300 s/f of flex space to Crossfit of RI at 50 Freeway Dr., Cranston. Cregan and Crecelius represented the tenant and negotiated with Mike Grillo who represented the landlord, Picerne Properties in finalizing the lease transaction. 50 Freeway Dr. is a 12,026 s/f multi-tenant flex building located off Pontiac Ave. in the Pettaconsett Park.
