Crecelius of Paramount Properties leases 4,600 s/f wearhouse to A-Alert Logistics
Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. represented A-Alert Logistics in a lease transaction at 41 Commercial Way. The Massachusetts based company leased 4,600 s/f in their expansion into the Ocean State. The facility will serve as a warehouse facility for the courier services operation.
John Haddad of Haddad Associates represented the landlord, Collins, Cronin & Corcoran, LLC.
