Cregan of Paramount Properties leases 2,293 s/f office at Metro Center II
Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group leased 2,293 s/f of Class A office space at 475 Kilvert St. to Risk Placement Services for Metro Park Associates LP.
475 Kilvert St. is a 150,000 s/f Class A suburban office building located in Metro Center.
Cregan worked with the Chicago office of Grubb & Ellis in finalizing the transaction.
