The IREM Greater RI Chapter No. 88 will hold a luncheon meeting at The Blue Grotto Restaurant located at 210 Atwells Ave. on April 21.
The guest speaker is the director of CleanScape, Chuck Carberry. The topic: Marketing your Property - The Importance of Curb Appeal.
And on June 7 the chapter will hold the annual golf tournament at the Pawtucket Country Club, 900 Armistice Blvd. Registration is $125 per golfer or $500 for a foursome. The cost includes: 18 holes of golf/golf cart, lunch, dinner and gift. Dinner only - $40.
