Cregan of Paramount Properties leases 2 units at Bell Tower Plaza
Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group has leased 2 office/retail units at 576-580 Metacom Ave., Bell Tower Plaza.
Cregan leased 976 s/f to Sakonnet Tax Services and 1,048 s/f to College Planning Center of Rhode Island. These two leases bring the 37,850 s/f plaza to 92% occupancy.
Paramount Props. is the exclusive agent for Bell Tower Plaza, LLC.
