John Cregan of Paramount Properties has leased 5,500 s/f to two suburban office tenants. Cregan leased 3,000 s/f at 1210 Pontiac Ave. in Cranston to RI Parent Information Network (RIPIN). 1210 Pontiac Ave. is now fully leased. Cregan represented the landlord, Abins Realty Corp. and procured RIPIN. Cregan also leased 2,500 s/f at 875 Centerville Rd. in Warwick to Iron Construction Group, LLC. Cregan represented the landlord, Sandra Farrow, and procured the tenant.
