John Cregan of Paramount Properties has leased 7,400 s/f of Class A office space at 155 South Main St. to Braver PC for Atlantic Enterprises.
Braver PC is a full service accounting and financial firm headquartered in Boston. Braver PC was founded 60 years ago and now employs 200 professionals. Its services include accounting, wealth management, business strategies, technology solutions and valuation services. The Braver wealth management team now manages over $400 million and its accounting, auditing and tax service group is the 8th largest CPA firm in Massachusetts. The new RI location will have over 35 people.
Cregan represented the landlord, Atlantic Enterprises and procured Braver PC in the transaction. Atlantic Enterprises has owned 155 S. Main St. or as more commonly known The Packet Building for over 25 years. The 4-story building contains over 70,000 s/f of office space and has an underground parking garage.
