The American Heart Association, Founders Affiliate, one of 8 affiliates that make up the national American Heart Association, is based in New York and serves the greater New England region.
The American Heart Association is one of many local tenants who are moving out of 222 Richmond St. in the Jewelry District to make way for Brown University's new Medical School.
One State St. is a six-story, 36,000 s/f building owned by the D.L. Saunders Companies, located across the street from the state house. The American Heart Association will join other companies such as Make-a-Wish Foundation and Retail Decisions as tenants in the building.
Fair worked with the Manhattan office of Cresa Partners in securing and finalizing the lease with D.L. Saunders Cos.
