Cregan of Paramount Props. Group leases 2,250 s/f flex space

Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group and Michael Grillo of Picerne Real Estate Group have leased 2,250 s/f of flex space to Fastenal Inc. Fastenal is relocating from a Pawtucket location to Commerce Park West unit #3 at 2158 Plainfield Plainfield Pike. Cregan introduced Fastenal to the property which contains 12 rental units and is located just off Rte. 295 on Plainfield Pike. Grillo who is in charge of commercial real estate brokerage for Picerne R.E. Group represented the landlord
