John Cregan of Paramount Properties has leased five office suites, totaling 23,261 s/f at 300 Jefferson Blvd. DeWolf Chemical leased 8,544 s/f, SuperMedia leased 7,233 s/f, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage leased 3,144 s/f, Idolce Inc. leased 2,240 s/f and Orton & Daley leased 2,100 s/f. Cregan represented the seller, DBS Development LLC and procured SuperMedia, Idolce and Orton & Daley. Cregan worked with Pete Hayes from Hayes & Sherry on the DeWolf Chemical transaction and with Tony Caner from Grubb & Ellis on the Wells Fargo transaction.
