John Cregan and Dan Cregan of Paramount Properties have leased 13,675 s/f at 25 Blackstone Valley Place in Lincoln to Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. Dan Cregan represented the tenant and John Cregan represented the landlord, Howland Associates, LLC. This 80,000 s/f office building in now fully leased. John Cregan and Dan Cregan of Paramount Properties also leased 4,040 s/f at 35 Sockanosset Cross Rd. in Cranston, to Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. Dan Cregan represented the tenant and John Cregan represented the landlord, Renaissance Development Corp.
