Cresa and Tria complete 3 Boston area offices

Boston, MA Cresa and TRIA completed three new office projects for local companies: Folium Capital (shown), Newton Scientific, and Sverica Capital Management. Cresa provided advisory and project management services and TRIA provided interior architecture and corporate design services.

Cresa and TRIA have collaborated on seven corporate office projects to date, leveraging their working relationship, understanding of their respective work processes, and sharing a like-minded approach to client service. Their ongoing collaboration builds upon the positive momentum between the two companies who share common cultures defined by superior client service and expertise in complex projects.
