The South Shore market team is led by Christopher Crooks, a principal at Cresa, and Elizabeth Geary, a Cresa advisor. They are also supported by Cresa's project management team.

"Until now, companies located in the South Shore area or looking to relocate here have not had the advantage of local professionals who exclusively protect their interests. We have found great demand for our services, as evidenced by our recent completion of many transactions in the area."

* G-Force Shipping, 17,462 s/f leased at 2 Heritage Dr., Quincy;
* KIT Zeller, 31,973 s/f leased at 38 Forge Parkway, Franklin;
* Capital Analyst of New England, 8,654 s/f leased at 1266 Furnace Brook Parkway, Quincy;
KAF, 14,844 s/f leased at 10 Forbes Rd., Braintree; and
* Larson Allen, 19,919 s/f leased at 300 Crown Colony, Braintree.
"In addition to our unbiased transaction approach, companies appreciate our integrated corporate services, including project management and strategic planning," said Crooks.
"Our project management group specializes in workplace optimization, giving companies new ideas on how to create efficient and exciting space."
According to Geary, "The South Shore is becoming a more attractive, lower-cost alternative to Boston and Cambridge, and Quincy in particular is becoming a choice destination due to its ongoing resurgence."
Crooks, a resident of Norfolk, has deep roots on the South Shore, where he has worked and also represented companies for almost 22 years. He represents Cresa in the South Shore Hospital's President's Circle, he is on CoreNet New England's board of directors, and serves on Cresa's National board of directors. This year will be Crooks's 10th riding in the PanMass challenge as founder and Captain of Team Zipcar. The team has raised over $1 million since its inception in 2006.
Geary was born and raised on the South Shore and graduated from Boston College in 2008. She has served in numerous roles in Cresa's brokerage group and was recently promoted to head up the South Market team with Crooks. She is a member of the Cresa Cares Committee, the Commercial Brokers Association Future Leaders, the Commercial Real Estate Women, and is a volunteer at South Shore Hospital.
