CresaPartners arranges 3,765 s/f lease for Axciom
CresaPartners has negotiated a 3,765 s/f lease on behalf of Acxiom Corporation at 4 High Ridge Office Park, for a term of five years.
Acxiom creates and delivers customer and information management solutions.
Judd McArthur, senior vice president, and Pat McCaffrey, vice president of CresaPartners, represented the tenant. Steve Baker and Adam Klimek of Cushman & Wakefield represented a partnership led by George Comfort & Sons, Inc., the building owner.
