CresaPartners represents TestAmerica Labs in 4,600 s/f lease

CresaPartners recently represented TestAmerica Laboratories in the procurement of 4,600 s/f at 19 Old Kings Hwy. South. Jeffrey Gage and Rich Opalenik of the CresaPartners Norwalk office and corporate services account leaders, Jeff Shepard and Brett Merz of CresaPartners Newport Beach, represented the tenant, TestAmerica. George Walker and Ed Tonnessen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Forstone Capital, LLC 19 Old Kings Hwy. South is a three floor office building consisting of 43,513 s/f located minutes away from I-95, the Merritt Pkwy. and one block from the Darien train station. Forstone is completing significant renovations to the base building and common areas as a part of repositioning of the asset. TestAmerica is one of the leading environmental testing firms in the U.S., including 36 laboratories and 35 service centers nationwide totaling over 1.2 million s/f. TestAmerica focuses on delivering analytical services that address current environmental analysis issues and invest in the development of new solutions. The Darien facility will serve as the firm's headquarters location.
