Cromwell, CT The CCIM Connecticut Chapter will host its annual Mid-Year Symposium on June 5, 2025 at the TPC River Highlands. The event, “AI and Its Impact on Commercial Real Estate Analytics” brings together industry experts to share valuable perspectives on how AI is reshaping decision-making, workflows, and risk management in the CRE space.

The featured speaker is Craig Scott, partner with Hinckley Allen, based in Boston and Providence. Scott leads Hinckley Allen’s intellectual property and artificial intelligence practice groups and is a trusted advisor on AI’s impact on licensing, patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets in business.

Scott will explore AI’s legal implications in CRE analytics including risks and liabilities of using AI in commercial real estate, E & O policy coverage when using AI and more. 

Also speaking is Joe McBride of Moody’s analytics, senior director and head of information solutions for commercial real estate. McBride will discuss Moody’s approach to GenAI across the firm as well as highlight CRE-specific GenAI use cases.

With deep expertise in developing products for commercial mortgage-backed securities and CRE investing, lending, brokering, valuing, and risk management, McBride’s research and analysis has been cited in major industry and mainstream publications, various regional business journals, and media outlets that monitor the CRE market.

The panel will be moderated by Stanley Gniazdowski, CRE, CCIM, president of Realty Concepts, Inc. a Connecticut based International Real Estate Consulting and Advisory Group. 

He specializes in investment analysis and structuring, development market analysis and impact analysis, litigation support, specialized appraisal work and asset management.
