CT CCIM to hold annual DealMaker awards - April 6

ranford, CT - The CCIM Connecticut Chapter will host its annual DealMaker Awards event on April 6, 2023, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Stony Creek Brewery, 5 Indian Neck Rd.
All commercial real estate and affiliated professionals are welcome to attend. The chapter will recognize their Top DealMakers of 2022, with awards to be given out in the following categories:
• Office sale
• Office lease
• Industrial sale
• Industrial lease
• Multifamily sale
• Land sale
• Land lease
• Retail lease
• Retail sale
• Investment sale
In addition to the awards presentation, the annual event will feature networking and dinner catered by Smokin’ with Chris barbecue. Sponsor opportunities are also available.
