Lincoln, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the sale of 13 Belmont Dr. for $1.76 million. The buyers were represented by Josh Cullion, sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Timothy McGinnis of Empire Real Estate Group represented the sellers.
According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this marks the highest sale in Lincoln year-to-date.
This colonial is located on a cul-de-sac with over an acre and privacy. Highlights include a three car garage, heated driveway, media room, saltwater pool and jacuzzi.
