Cummings Properties signs DMSE Sports, Inc. to 4,000 s/f at 10-D Roessler Rd., Woburn, Mass.

DMSE Sports, Inc.'s, the international event management company is moving. Alan McGillivray, who handles corporate matters for DMSE, worked directly with Cummings Properties leasing officer Mike Truesdale to negotiate the lease for 4,000 s/f at 10-D Roessler Rd. No stranger to the area or Cummings Properties, DMSE was headquartered at a Cummings building on Olympia Ave. in the 1990s, and leased a second property from the firm for additional storage needs. DMSE president Dave McGillivray subsequently moved the business to Middleton to be closer to home, but is looking forward to the return to the city. According to McGillivray, "The Roessler Rd. location, right on Rte. 128, is very convenient. Cummings had the combination of office and warehouse that we needed, as well as opportunities for future expansion." The 4,000 s/f+ space will house the company's full-time staff and its large collection of event supplies. Bill Cummings, founder of the commercial real estate firm, said, "We're so pleased we could, once again, fulfill DMSE's space requirements. It's a pleasure for Cummings Properties to have them back in the family, and a benefit for the city to have them back in Woburn." Cummings Properties, a full-service development, property management, and construction firm, leases and manages 10 million square feet of prime commercial space in 10 greater Boston communities.
