Curley of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers 2,800 s/f lease at 15 Bonazzoli Avenue

C. Davis Construction Company Inc. has leased 2,800 s/f of space at 15 Bonazzoli Ave. David Curley, an associate at O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc., represented the landlord, 15 Bonazzoli LLC. O'Brien Commercial Properties also procured the tenant in the transaction. C. Davis Construction specializes in the construction of antennas and plans to service the majority of the east coast from their new location. Also, ECC Horizon, an environmental consulting firm, has secured a lease at 2352 Main Str. in Concord, Mass. The landlord, RGK Partnership, was represented exclusively by O'Brien Commercial Properties, and they procured the tenant. "Comparing office space from the rural I-495 markets into historic and expensive Concord, we still found the Concord Office Center to be the most aggressive on price, best in quality and a landlord most willing to do the work that we needed to make the space work for us," said Peter Smith, ECC Horizon's regional director.
