Cushman & Wakefield arrange 10-year lease expansion and extension - 100,968 s/f
Stratford, CT Cushman & Wakefield arranged a ten-year lease expansion and extension totaling 100,968 s/f for Yale New Haven Health and North East Medical Group (NEMG) at 99 Hawley Ln.
Jay Hruska, vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield led the leasing efforts on behalf of the tenants, while the building owner, Mountain Development, was represented in-house by Joseph Coci.
Yale New Haven Health (YNHH), and NEMG, a not-for-profit multispecialty medical foundation, will house multiple office and support functions at this location.
