Taunton, MA Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 260,150 s/f lease for Ferguson Plumbing Supply at the Taunton Trade Center located at 300 Charles F. Colton Rd.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Phillip Verre, Rob Byrne, Pete Whoriskey and Paul Leone represented the landlord, Martignetti Companies, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by CBRE.
