Norwalk, CT Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of The Norwalk Collection, a 662-unit multifamily portfolio which includes The Waypointe, located at 515 West Ave., and Berkeley and Quincy Lofts, located at 30 Orchard St. The final sale price was $293.5 million.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Adam Spies, Adam Doneger, Brian Whitmer and Ryan Dowd represented the seller, Invictus Real Estate Partners and 166 2nd Financial Services, and procured the buyer, Beachwold Residential, in the transaction.
The Norwalk Collection includes three-buildings totaling 334 two-bedroom units and 328 one-bedroom units. Amenities include a pool, sundeck, fitness center, roof deck and tenant lounges, and the properties feature 68,000 s/f of retail space and 789 parking spots.
Located near the city’s five Fortune 100 companies and Fairfield University as well as an array of retail, dining and entertainment options with direct access to I-95, Rte. 7, Merritt Pkwy., Metro North and Amtrak, the assets allow for a commute to the surrounding neighborhoods and New York City.
