Cushman & Wakefield has completed the sale of 75 Tresser Blvd. in downtown Stamford and 20 East Elm St. in downtown Greenwich. The Stamford property, which previously housed the Stamford Advocate newspaper, and the Greenwich property, which is currently occupied by the Greenwich Time newspaper, were sold by Tribune Company to Summit Development LLC of Norwalk for $30 million.
Cushman & Wakefield's Greg Frisoli, senior director, Betcy Vincent, associate, Michael DeSantis, executive director and Jim Fagan, senior managing director, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
