F.W. Webb Company is opening a warehouse and distribution facility at 59 Daniel Webster Highway. The leading distributor of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional products in the Northeast leased 80,000 s/f in the high-bay warehouse.
Cushman & Wakefield's executive directors Richard Ruggiero, Torin Taylor and Matt Adams and director Rory Walsh represented F.W. Webb in the transaction.
"F.W. Webb's new lease in Merrimack will accommodate the company's continued expansion throughout New England," said Ruggiero. F.W. Webb is the largest distributor of products that help people build, maintain, repair and operate homes and facilities in the Northeast. Its new facility will join its roster of more than 75 locations in the region.
