According to Fulcrum Associates, Matt Manseau joined its project management staff. Manseau brings 10 years of hands on construction project management and estimating experience to his position with Fulcrum. He values teamwork and the importance of communication and personal relationships in completing projects on time and within budget. His strong work ethic and positive attitude has allowed Manseau to deliver high quality and successful projects.
After graduation from Wesleyan University Manseau began his construction career as a project estimator for a landscape development company in California, from there he advanced his career with Novo Construction and BN Builders working as project engineer for both firms. Upon his return to New Hampshire Manseau ventured into small business ownership on the construction services side of the business.

Manseau's diverse construction background affords him practical perspective on pre-construction and construction phases of his projects. Matt's role as Project Manager includes design facilitation, estimating, contracting, bidding, project delivery, cost analysis and reporting, and project closeout.
