Cushman & Wakefield managed building wins Middle Atlantic TOBY

Needham, MA According to Cushman & Wakefield, 160 Gould St., a 135,699 s/f boutique office building, has received the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Regional Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award. This regional win in the 100,000 – 249,999 s/f category qualifies the building to compete for international recognition at the Building and Office Managers Association (BOMA) International Conference. Cushman & Wakefield has managed the property, owned by James Campbell, since 2015.
