Cushman & Wakefield negotiates 25,000 s/f lease to Home Depot

Cushman & Wakefield completed a 25,000 s/f office lease at 15-45 Dan Road. on behalf of Great Point Investors. Cushman & Wakefield senior directors J.P. Plunkett and Cathy Minnerly represented Great Point Investors. The tenant is Home Depot who was represented by Nattie Kessler and his colleagues at CB Richard Ellis of Atlanta. 15-45 Dan Road is a three-story office facility located on Rte. 138, three miles from Rte. 128 and approximately 15 minutes from Logan International Airport and downtown Boston. The 276,124 s/f building has undergone recent renovations and offers ample parking and numerous nearby amenities. Great Point originates and manages private market real estate investments for institutional investors.
