Cushman & Wakefield promotes Townsend and Janney to senior directors and Reiter to director

Cushman & Wakefield has promoted three professionals on its Cambridge and Rte. 128 brokerage team. David Townsend and Ty Janney have been promoted to senior directors while Juliette Reiter has been promoted to director.
C&W bases promotions among its employees on professional achievement, client feedback and demonstrated leadership in the community, industry and firm. "I am delighted to announce the promotions of David, Ty and Juliette who are all exemplary brokerage professionals," said Thomas Collins, executive managing director of C&W's New England region."
Townsend joined C&W in 1999.  He has worked on numerous important assignments for both landlord and tenant clients and focuses on office and laboratory leasing.  In 2002 and 2006, he received C&W's Service Excellence Award for outstanding client service.  He is a graduate of Hamilton College.
Janney joined C&W in 2002 and specializes in office and R&D leasing.  His 14 years of commercial experience include a range of specialties involving tenant and landlord representation, financial analysis and site evaluation. In 2006, Ty also received C&W's Service Excellence Award. He is a graduate of Union College.
Juliette Reiter joined C&W in 2005 and has eight years of experience and has completed a range of landlord and tenant representation assignments. She is a graduate of Philips Exeter and Holy Cross where she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to Germany.
